Redstone Golems can be hard to fight without taking a beating, but there is an easier way to deal with them. Keep running away from them while occasionally turning around to shoot an arrow quickly. Keep chipping away at that health bar until it stops to summon Redstone mines and in that time, start wailing on them with your melee weapon. Keep repeating this process until the Redstone golem drops.
