Enter deep into Windswept peaks where you’re almost near the end. This is not guaranteed but you may see a lower area that has a entrance that looks like the picture featured. To get there get to the higher area above the entrance then drop onto it. There if you go inside there is a place to explore. If you go deep enough there will be an Ambush that is for the scroll.
