How to get location of 2nd boss (The Elder)

Go into Burial Grounds you find in the Black Forest. One of them has a room with a stone with red inscription. Hover the cursor over the stone, and it will instruct you to Register location. Once registered, the location of The Elder's altar will be marked on the map.
