Skeletons and other undead enemies have the ability to respawn after you’ve depleted their health bar. In order to destroy them so they don’t revive, pay close attention to their corpse once they are downed. Notice the glowing white mist that emanates from their bodies and strike immediately. You’ll know they’re truly dead when gold particles fly from their body and you’re rewarded runes.
