How to open gates in Arahabaki Secure Site

There are two different gates you'll encounter in the Secure Site. 1. The chain link gate requires Luka's Teleportation SAS skill. Teleport past the gate to get through it. 2. The camera detection gate requires Arashi's Hypervelocity SAS skill. Walk away from it until it opens up. Activate Hypervelocity and dash past it before it closes. Initially you'll only have access to one SAS skill.
