For areas such as the Mizuhagawa District Construction Site, there are clues on fences that you can jump over. Look for fences with the top partially broken. This is a clue that you can jump over to retrieve items that are hard to reach or hidden away. Make sure to unlock the Double Jump skill from the Brain Map screen. It is the first skill located in the Expand category.
