When you parry an attack, it affects an enemy with knockback and makes them vulnerable to double damage. To parry, you must be holding a weapon, small shield, or bare-hands. Just as the enemy is about to strike you, press the Block button (Right-click). A white flash and sharp ringing sound are triggered. The enemy staggers, giving you an opening for a few strikes.
