You play the game as Igor and have to keep his health, psyche, and armor at optimal condition. Psyche will reduce if Igor has to kill enemies or deal with mutated enemies. If the Psyche hits zero, the health will also gradually run out. As for health, try to avoid damage as much as possible. Remember this is not an only FPS game, it is an FPS survival game.
