Let her hold you?
There is a character located in Roundtable Hold named Fia that asks if you would like her to hold you. By doing so, she will give you an item called Baldachin's Blessing that boosts Poise in exchange for FP. By letting her hold you she inflicts a debuff that takes 5% of your total HP. The only way to remove this is to use Baldachin's Blessing. Let her hold you again later as part of a quest.
