Combat experience is very small compared to what you earn from doing quests. If you would like to power level, consider skipping out on killing enemies in your path and streamline towards acquiring and completing as many quests as you can. It’s tempting to kill everything for XP but it slows down progress if what you’re after is higher level, meatier content.
