Your Roster Level is a separate leveling mechanic in Lost Ark. It's gained by completing various quests and filling out your Adventure Log. Leveling up Roster applies to all of the characters that you've created in Lost Ark. This means that whatever stats, rewards, or bonuses you receive from gaining a Roster Level, they apply to all characters. Claim rewards in the Roster menu (O on keyboard).
