According to the in-game description: A token awarded to the most diligent adventurers who completed their Adventure's Tomes. In order to claim this you need to fill out your Adventurer's Tome 100% by discovering all of the various lore, items, enemies, and locations in a given continent (Rethramis for example). Look for the Ignea Token icon on your map to exchange for Rewards.
