Deadeye is a Legendary clothing mod that adds the following stats: +15% Critical Chance +30% Critical Damage It can be found in Watson, Little China (see map image). It costs upwards of 180k eddies and like other clothing mods, can only be used once. Make sure add it to clothing you plan on keeping or upgrading.
