If you're trying to level up and would like to receive the full EXP amount for a certain class when completing various tasks and quests, make sure that you make it your Main Class. The Main Class will always receive the entire EXP amount. Sub-classes earn passive experience from combat, but not the EXP rewarded from tasks and quests.
