To create a path towards the exit, gather the white glowing energy balls and use them to power the various levers and switches on the platforms. You'll need to carry that energy across platforms and form a path. This involves lowering and raising platforms by powering the circular ones and alternating where power is placed. Eventually you'll create the path that leads to the end of the level.
