Press the button near the center of the area to power the light beam which will begin to move. Teleport to the cliff it's on. From this point on, surf downhill and pass through the circular gates, teleporting to each cliff the beam passes through. Once you reach the teleporter on the cliff, float down into the final gate. The final teleporter leads to the exit.
