1. While facing the 3 stone pillars with glowing symbols, use the teleporter across and to the left. 2. Find the stone pillar nearby with 3 symbols. This is the key needed to unlock the next teleporter. 3. Teleport back to the 3 stone pillars from before and turn them to match the symbols. Repeat this 3 times. After each new teleporter is unlocked, find the next key until you can exit.
