In order to reach the White Orb on top of a cliff near the flying creatures (Sagryphs), you need to pass through the circular gates in mid-air. To do this, walk up to the stairs and wait until a flock of Sagryphs is near. Jump and dash towards the flock while holding the Float button (RT on Xbox). You'll catch wind. Fly through each of the gates which leads to a teleporter by the White Orb.
