After you sit and mediate in a new area and rais your staff (Y on Xbox), there are indicators on the surface of the white circle that lead you to different points of interest in the current area. On the map are locations for monuments and white energy orbs which can help you speed up the process of completing a level. Move into the direction of the icons to reach the various objectives.
