When you reach the interior UAC area of Mars Core, there’s a control room with a button you can use to activate a floor panel that lifts up. You can see through the glass in front where the floor is lifted. Jump onto it and to both the left and right are breakable vents that lead to a Secret Item and the Slayer Key.
