If you get stuck after the Combat Encounter in the room with two statues shining spotlights, you'll need to activate an elevator to progress. To the far left and right of the room are two buttons with a fist symbol that you need to melee. Once you trigger the button, immediately rush to the opposite one and melee. The elevator will glow green and you'll be able to descend further into the map.
