When you Phantom Dash to a target point during a battle, you're able to use a Special Action/Attack. This is useful because: 1. Environmental attacks have damage types associated with it. You can exploit enemy weakness this way. 2. You can quickly move around the battlefield and avoid attacks. However, you can still be damaged during the Special Action animation.
