To fulfill this request you need to "Deliver Lost Desire" which is coming from a bamboo garden. 1. Go to Kyoto Jail and start at Parting Square checkpoint. Go north. 2. From Corner of Fear, make your way north again. 3. You'll arrive at Beckoning Cat Square. The floating item in the corner is the Lost Desire.
