If you have characters that have a red exclamation notification over their profile avatars, you might have missed a special reward from the Ascension process. Next to the character's name is the button you must press (Right D-pad on PS5) in order to retrieve the award (Ascension Screen). Press it and in the Ascension Materials Preview, tab to the star with the notification to claim your rewards.
