Repair Efficiency is the amount of Integrity (Health) that is replenished when using a health item such as Silphium. This can be increased with upgrades and consumables. This is important to get the most out of healing items. For example, if you consume a Repair Enhancer which doubles Repair Efficiency for 60 seconds, picking up a Small Silphium will give you double the amount (see image).
