If you come across a spawn of harvestable items such as mushrooms, raspberries, plants, etc., add waypoints to your map. They regenerate over time as long as their source is not destroyed. Press M to access the map, pick a marker, and double click on your location to set it. The markers will show up on your mini map. Left-click on markers to check them off as done or Right-click to remove.
