1. The first artifact is located by the satellite. Activate the satellite by triggering the spinwheel. Jump across to the floating rocks to get the artifact. 2. Grab the ball gun and backtrack. There's a set of cables locked in a glass case by the globe that can only be broken with the gun. Break it for the artifact.
