Stargazers Ruins: Held shut by a seal
When you approach the underground cellar in Stargazers' Ruins you're greeted by a jellyfish speaking that says the following: "Sister... Where did you go? You promised me. When we turned 14, we'd go see the stars... I've been waiting ever so long. Forever and ever it seems." In order to speak to her sister, use the Spirit Jellyfish Ashes summon to break the seal in the cellar below.
