This one is self-explanatory, but people spend too much time reloading in the middle of duels. You've done the dance where you're strafing and dodging nothing because both players ran out of ammo at the same time and are stubbornly reloading in each other's faces. As lovely as that moment is, you can get yourself killed chasing that. Just swap to your secondary weapon.
