Spend time completing all of the weapon drills. It may be quite challenging to get three stars on all weapons, depending on your skill level. However, getting two stars or even one star is good enough to provide you with enough data to learn the strengths and weaknesses that the developers intended for each weapon and discover hidden nuances that you can only learn from experience.
