A very cool feature in this game is actually being able to talk to the enemies during battle! By doing this you can get items, and even gain new allies! You will have to make good conversational choices that match who you are talking to which can be difficult and you can fail but the rewards are worth it so try chatting enemies up before destroying them. You will still gain XP too!
