Use key to unlock the door at the beach. Go to maquette and move the mini red and blue crystals to the top of the stairs in front of the building. Go back to the building at the beach. Get the red crystal moving by dropping it, then use the aqua crystal to move it through the doorway. Go through red doorway. The gazebo is now unlocked. Grab the metallic, gear-shaped piece.
