Bring both red and blue crystals to the building with a blue pattern blocking the doorway. Use the blue crystal to push the red crystal through the doorway. Grab the red crystal and go through the red patterned doorway. Use the red crystal to push the aqua one out. Use the blue crystal to move the other two crystals out.
