To receive the full Level 3 Personal Mag Boost, use any combination of Materials that add up to 400 points. Anything less will not provide the MAX. Feeding items on the Wish List will reach 400 points faster and use less Material Items. You can add less points than MAX and visit the Region Mag later as well if you’re low on resources.
