As you play you'll gather a bunch of Skill Cards. Use these to add new skills to your Personas. It's an alternative way to learn skills rather than leveling up. If you actively use Joker, consider teaching Arsene new skills since he is one of the Personas that continues to learn skills even at higher levels. Try not to use Skill Cards on Personas you plan to fuse or delete.
