Keep some Spirit Stones in your inventory. Save and use them to fill your Amrita Gauge to have Yokai Shift ready on demand. This can save you from an untimely death, especially before a boss fight or dangerous encounter. Having Yokai Shift available is a good way to get out of danger and do extra damage to enemies.
