Inside of your ship, the room to the left of your computer terminal is a bedroom. If you walk right up to the bed you can press the Triangle button and sleep. Sleeping provides you with partial health. This is a great way to fill some Integrity before a boss battle or if you're out of healing consumables. Best of all, there's usually a Translocator near Helios you can fast travel to.
