Ybiza Monument Scroll location

First make sure you have the Sprint ability. Go to the bottom left side of the beach where the ROK monument is at. You'll see a crack in the side of the cliff. Hold down the sprint button and crash into the the rocks. Grab the vase and throw it to reveal the scroll.
