To enter the Albinauric Rise in Haligtree, there's a hint near the tower: a statue of two imps in combat. The goal here is to have the nearby imps attack each other. To do so, craft Crystal Darts (requires Cracked Crystals and Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook 11). Lure two of the imps from the sides of the tower and fire Crystal Darts at one of them until it starts attacking the other.
