Did you know that you can actually climb inaccessible cliffs in Forspoken? While the game doesn't really communicate it better, you will see glowing yellow or golden rocks from the cliffs and you can use them to get to higher places once you've destroyed the first main story boss. Moreover, once you unlock the Zip ability, you should easily be able to climb up.
