There are sectors focused purely on enemy encounters known as Combat Sectors where you won't find any Gathering Materials, Towers, Cocoons, Mags, etc. Use these sectors to fight waves of enemies for a chance at PSE Burst and rare loot drops. For example, in the Aelio region the Combat Sectors are currently Mt. Magnus, Resol Forest, and Vanford Laboratory Ruins.
