If you're low on Life Seeds or far away from a Seed Pot, you can instantly gain all your health back for free by going back to the the Hall of Doors (the black & white starting/hub area). This is only useful if you're close to a door that can teleport you back. In doing so, all health and magic will be restored. The drawback to doing this is enemies will respawn.
