In order to get to hard to reach items or areas, you might think that there is a path you need to find. Unfortunately, that's not the case and it isn't obvious at first but your character is equipped with a Double Jump. Press the Jump button at the peak of your first jump to get an extra boost. Additionally, you can sprint and double jump to reach even more difficult spots.
