Head to Seafront beach. Choose Sardines as your bait. Rather than wait for the bait to dip deep into water, look for a quick dip while the bait is still floating. It's usually the first or second small dip, but the first can work. You can feel a strong vibration in your controller if the setting is enabled. Hook the fish and start reeling once this occurs.
