Removing or deleting a Persona isn't obvious when you're first starting. Visit the Velvet Room. You may want to register the Persona before deleting. Select Persona Enhancement. A list of all your currently equipped Personas will be displayed. Select the Persona you want to remove and press the Options button (PS4/PS5) to delete. The button to delete is displayed to the bottom right.
