How to destroy the eye-shaped glass hanging over the ruins

Once you reach a ravine with a hanging eye shaped glass window suspended in mid-air, follow the paths and make your way towards it. There are shards sticking out of it that you can climb onto which lead to its opposite sides. Go through the opening in the window and climb up to find the bar to push it over.
