The easiest way to defeat the Cyclops is by applying Ogroid Oil to your blade for extra damage. Next, freeze the Cyclops by using the Northern Wind Bomb and attack using a fully charged Rend from behind. You can also use the quick attack and dodge method as well. This will take a lot longer however.
