If you see a barricaded door with a green light, this is a secret room. First, clear the surrounding areas until all enemies are destroyed. Eventually, bombs will appear on the circular platforms where enemies spawn. Find the bomb closest to a barricaded door and throw it at the barricade before it explodes to access the door. There are a few secret rooms in the Junk Heap so keep an eye out.
