To unlock the barrier guarding the chest in Miyamae Park, face the chest, turn around, and go straight down the street and turn left. A switch is located at the dead end by the buses. Press the switch and you’ll have to race back to the chest in 5 seconds. Use the skateboard rack nearby to skate past the shadows. When it runs out, hop on the skateboard near the chest to get to it.
