A side mission called Double Charge requires you to kill enemies using stasis overcharge. First you need to equip GX-43 Sweet Justice or Stasis Drone tactical equipment. These can be purchased from the Cyber Vendor (Eye Icon on the map). Deploy the Tactical and while an enemy is in stasis (they glow blue), fire at them until they inflate and explode resulting in an Overcharge Kill.
